about us
Noodo (“new-DOH”) comes from nudo, the Italian word for “naked.” Just like Nonna always does, tomatoes are at the heart of our recipe.
Nonna peels each tomato, then slow-simmers them for hours to bring out their natural sweetness.
We’ve evolved Nonna’s recipe with the addition of bone broth for a rich depth of flavor.
The result? A sauce that's deeply satisfying.
Noodo is a premium sauce brand founded by Liana Krasnow, inspired by the way she grew up eating at home. Watching her Nonna make sauce from scratch, Liana learned that great sauce starts with patience, simple ingredients, and careful preparation, especially removing tomato skins and seeds for a smoother, lighter result.
Today, that same approach guides every jar of Noodo. Our sauces are slow-simmered, made with thoughtfully sourced ingredients, and finished with grass-fed bone broth for added richness and nourishment. The result is a modern pantry staple rooted in tradition, designed to taste classic, feel good to eat, and work for the whole household.
Noodo is built on a short, intentional ingredient list. It starts with premium tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and a slow simmer that brings out natural depth without needing extra help. We finish each batch with grass-fed bone broth for richness and nourishment, so the sauce tastes full and feels satisfying.
What you won’t find in our jars: seed oils, added sugar, gums, or thickeners. No filler ingredients meant to cover up bland tomatoes or rushed cooking. Just real pantry staples, made carefully, so you can trust what’s in the jar and actually taste it.

Noodo exists to make premium sauce that feels easy to keep in rotation. We take the time-tested parts of a family recipe, then refine the process for how people actually cook and eat now, with ingredients you can trust and flavor that holds up on a random weeknight.
Our mission is to make sauce that everyone at the table can enjoy, made with thoughtful sourcing, a slow simmer, and a skinless, seedless base that’s easier to eat and easier to love. No filler, no distractions, just a pantry staple that tastes like real cooking.
Noodo is built around process, not shortcuts. Premium tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and grass-fed bone broth, slow-simmered until the flavor tastes settled and full. Every jar is designed to feel lighter, eat cleaner, and earn a spot in your everyday cooking.

Noodo started with a simple goal: make a jarred sauce that feels as good to eat as it tastes. After growing up on a family recipe that removed tomato skins and seeds, our founder couldn’t find anything on the shelf that cooked the same way or felt the same to eat, so she made it herself.
We use bone broth to add richness, depth, and that slow-simmered flavor you usually only get from an all-day sauce. It makes the texture feel more luxurious without changing the classic tomato taste.
Noodo is built around process, not shortcuts. The tomatoes are fully milled and strained to remove skins and seeds, then slow-simmered with extra virgin olive oil and finished with grass-fed bone broth. That combination creates a smoother texture, deeper flavor, and a sauce that feels lighter than most jarred options.
Noodo is designed for the whole household. It works for kids who are sensitive to texture, adults who care about ingredients, and anyone who wants a dependable sauce that fits into everyday cooking without needing a second thought.
All three work beautifully, it just depends on the vibe. Smooth is perfect for quick weeknight pasta, Chunky is great for spaghetti, meatballs, and baked dishes, and Vodka is made for rigatoni, burrata, and restaurant-style comfort meals.
Smooth is super versatile for shakshuka, pizza, soups, and braises. Chunky shines in baked ziti, stuffed peppers, and slow-cooked meat sauces. Vodka is ideal when you want a creamy tomato base for pasta bakes or elevated dinner recipes.
Smooth feels the lightest and brightest. Chunky feels more hearty and rustic, while Vodka is the richest and creamiest option.
Smooth is our classic silky tomato sauce made with tomatoes that have had their skins and seeds removed for the cleanest, most spoonable finish. Vodka is also made with tomatoes that have had their skins and seeds removed, but blended into a richer, creamier, velvety sauce. Chunky keeps more tomato texture and body, so while it’s still smooth enough to coat beautifully, it is not seedless and gives you more real tomato presence in every bite.
